At Kent Maintenance Limited we offer a 1 hour Emergency Call-Out Service to all customers within a 25 mile radius of Rochester. Our nearest available engineer will respond to your call and will be on site to assess your emergency within 1 hour (traffic permitting). During certain periods of high demand, such a heavy rain fall, high winds and extremely cold weather all emergencies are dealt with on a strict first-come, first-serve basis. Calls deemed not to be an emergency are prioritised and our engineer will be on-site within the agreed time.
