Emergency Call-Out

At Kent Maintenance Limited we offer a 1 hour Emergency Call-Out Service to all customers within a 25 mile radius of Rochester. Our nearest available engineer will respond to your call and will be on site to asses your emergency within 1 hour (traffic permitting). During certain periods of high demand, such a heavy rain fall, high winds and extremely cold weather all emergencies are dealt with on a strict first-come, first-serve basis. Calls deemed not to be an emergency are prioritised and our engineer will be on-site within the agreed time.

Out Emergency service covers:

• Boiler breakdown where there is a risk to health or significant property damage
• Blocked drains where there is a risk to health or significant property damage
• Drain damage where there is a risk to health (i.e. missing man-hole covers, collapsed drains causing damage to surrounding infrastructure
